A useful RFQ states the technical requirement and delivery basis together. Include: grade; Fe, Al and Ca limits; particle size; quantity; packaging; destination port; and your preferred Incoterm.
If you have a current specification sheet, attach or paste its key values. Ask for a batch certificate of analysis and confirm any third-party inspection requirement before the order.
A dated offer should make clear whether the basis is FOB, CFR or CIF. Prices change, so this guide does not publish an undated spot price.
