Two offers with the same chemistry can behave differently when their size distributions differ. Specify the nominal range in millimeters or mesh and the maximum acceptable fines and oversize. Explain whether the material feeds a furnace, foundry, briquetting line or another process.
Questions that prevent surprises
Ask how the product is screened, whether size is measured before or after packing, and how samples are drawn. Define how much breakage or fines you can accept after transport. A single close-up photo cannot establish the distribution of a full shipment.
