Packing should protect the material during handling and help your warehouse identify each lot. The right option depends on product size, shipment weight, destination handling and unloading equipment.
What to agree in the quotation
Clarify bag or container type, net weight per unit, pallet requirements, marking language, moisture protection and the loading plan. If your port or warehouse has weight restrictions, state them before packing. For powder or fine material, also clarify dust containment and local import requirements.
Ask for packing photos or a packing list for the actual order when needed. Do not assume the packing shown in a previous shipment photo will apply to your goods; write the final packing specification into the order confirmation.
Send your specification and ask Xinrui Metal about this requirement.
